The  Spanish Journal of Scientific Documentation  (REDC) publishes original articles on experimental or theoretical research, previously subject to a selection and peer review process, especially in the following fields: measurement of scientific production, science and technology indicators, bibliometrics; information networks and systems, electronic resources, internet, web pages; evaluation of scientific journals and databases; libraries and archives, treatment, analysis and management of information. The REDC is indexed in Web of Science: Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Journal Citation Reports (JCR), and SCOPUS, among other relevant national and international databases.
